30-Day Returns

If you're not completely happy with your order, you can return unopened, sealed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

How to start a return

1. Email support@premiumbotanicalsco.com or call (845) 272-5250 with your order number and reason.
2. We'll confirm your return and provide instructions within 1 business day.
3. Ship the item back in its original sealed packaging.
4. Once received, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items

• Opened or used products
• Items returned after 30 days from delivery
• Items not in original sealed packaging

Damaged or wrong items

Received a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund with no return shipping required.
